At this point in the quest, three empty Grand Soul Gems are added to nearby dungeons. In
each case, the soul gem is in a previously non-existent area of the dungeon; the
appearance of the area is triggered by this quest. These three soul gems are at:

Crayfish Cave, Zone 4 (Crayfish Steep), behind rock walls.
Nornal, Zone 2 (Nornal Ageasel), behind a hidden door.
Squandered Mine, Zone 3 (Squandered Mine Wind Holes), behind a rock wall.
Any other soul gems in the game may also be used for this quest, including stolen ones.
Most soul gems are found randomly. If you are at least level 11, there is small chance
(<5%) of finding empty grand soul gems in most dungeon chests. If you are at least
level 12, any of the Merchants who sell magical equipment may stock them. Places where you
can always find empty grand soul gems include:

Calindil at the Mystic Emporium in the Market District has one, which can be bought or
pickpocketed.
With the exception of Skingrad, the merchant in each city's Mages Guild has one which can
either be bought or pickpocketed.
You can steal one from Melisande's basement (accessible through the fireplace next to her
bed).
There is one in the Arch-Mage's Lobby of the Arcane University. It is in a locked display
case along with two more Grand Soul Gems that are not empty.
There is one in a locked display case in the Mage Quarters of the Arcane University at the
bottom of the staircase on the left as you enter.
The Chorrol Mages' Guild has one empty one in a locked display case in a room just left of
the front door, and another one in a display case beside the stairs. If you are a Guild
member, picking the locks and taking the gems will not count as a crime.

go to all teh mages guilds there tends to be a lot in the display cases chorral rings a
bell for having a lot... also u can gete just one and duplicate it... its kinda cheating
if u have no idea wut im tlking about look it up theres a ton of ppl explianing how to do
it

why do vampires look old? Is there a way to make the vampire to not look old ??

where exactly is the secret room i cant find it it is driving me insane

The hidden room is non-existant until you have received the "ingredients list" for the
vampire cure quest.

The hidden room is behind a "break-away wall" on the SW part of the mines. Near the exit
there are two traps one tripwire trap and a couple of swining maces , a little further is
the "break-away wall" on the west side of the wall. I believe you have to push some loose
planks in order to gain access to the hidden room.

If you reach the bedroll you have gone too far. The hidden room is in the first zone of
the Squandered Mines.

well can you enchant with black soul jems? if so are they good i know the can trap a soul
after a kill like umbra's sword but can you enchant your own sword's and other?
