What you have to do is dive underwater, and look for an underwater passage. Follow it.
You'll want to go fast and get to the otherside, otherwise you'll end up drowning. When
you get to the other end of the passage, the Courage Element will be on the other side.

im the guy who asked the question, thanx 4 answerin but if u mean the one that goes down i
went down there but i get to another "breathe" with another potion of the sea in it but
apart from that i can never find any other passages

look around you will find it at the end theres a door
