Requirments:

Find a paintbrush
Have at least two of the same scroll
Have 1 scroll other than the first one that you have two of


Easy, eh? WRONG! This is the most annoying thing to do in the world. I absolutely hated
doing this, but in the end it was definitely worth it.

You need to use a duplication glitch, though. Don't worry, it's really easy to use. You
need more than 1 of the same scroll. Press "A" on the scroll twice, and drop your
paintbrush. 

Ok, here's the scary part, the paintbrush floats. This is the key to get on the White Gold
Tower (or you could call it the Emperor's Tower.) Try jumping on the paintbrush you
dropped, you can stand on it.

Now it doesn't look like the duplication glitch worked, there's still one brush there.
Well, it actually did work, take the paintbrush and there will be another one there.
Depending on how many scrolls you pressed "A" on twice, that's how many paintbrushes will
be there. Keep doing this until you have approximately 400 brushes. Now is the time that
50 scrolls at a time comes in handy, with only two scrolls this will take forever.

Ok, to get at least 50 scrolls, have at least two different scrolls, one you must have at
least two of one of the scrolls, and just one of the other. It's kinda hard to explain, so
this video should be helpful for duplicating, you only have to watch the first 3 min 45
seconds of it, or you could watch the whole thing if you you want. Like the guy in the
video says, you can do this with some items other than scrolls, and paintbrushes are
included, but you can only hold one brush as you do this, otherwise it won't work. Here's

Now with your paintbrushes, you can make staircases to walk up, and that's how you'll
reach the top of the Whit Gold Tower. Drop a paintbrush, get on top of it, drop another,
get on top of it, and so fourth. After about doing this about 20 times, save after doing
each of these, it's really easy to get failed attempts, just make an autosave, and every
now and then, make a real save. You won't really need all 400 brushes, but I needed all of
them since I put 3 paintbrushes next to each other and jumped on top. I found that a lot
easier than just 1.

Now you blew 2 - 3 hours getting on top of the tower, and now you just fall straight
through the top. But with the help of paintbrushes, you can make your own floor on the
tower, so you can walk around. Please, please, PLEASE, when you get up there, save your
game at least twice in case you save over one of them, you can still go back to the top of
the tower whenever the hell you want without having to do that all over again.

Now you're probably really mad that you can't find a way down without dieing. Well, this
is really weird, but you can walk under the paintbrushes. It might take a couple tries to
figure out, but you'll get there soon enough.
