When you go into the meeting room, you have to speak to Farder Coram. If he says
something about the guy has a remedy for you being sick, go speak to the old man that is
scrubbing the deck (first deck).

I don't know what other meeting room you're talking about unless you're talking about the
Sitting Room at Jordan College (?)
