the 'bow' referred to is on the wall next to the door you walked thru to speak to the
consul; when you go to them and press 'grab' or 'interact' (the Y button) it will do the
work for you

Go to your alietheomiter questions and you will find, "What bow Serafina Pekkala Uses" and
ask that. Then when it says "Trust your instincts" (which it will) just go over to the
bows and press Y. If you don't use the if you just go to the bows it won't give you the
option to press Y. Hope it helps! :)
