Im playing the sims 3 for xbox and made two different sims under two different save but would like them to meet eachother. Can i do this? If so how? Thank youu :-)

One of my sims is a teenage boy. I am trying to make him kiss his romantic interest, but when i click on the girl, the options are only friendly, funny, mean, and special. Why isnt the option romantic available? Please help!
