Where do i get c4 to distroy the air bunkers ?

I am on the second level for Ghost Recon and unsure of how to destroy the tanks. All I am equipped with are grenades, .9 mm and sniper's rifle. How do I destroy the two tanks to move on the the next level?

on the mission where you are at the construction site, i dont have any of my team with me. on the walkthrough i have looked at it says use ur team. r u suppose to have your team with u?
