You have to go to the room were there are statues holding blue rubby's. Once there dive under water and pull all the rubby's out. once you pull one out you will hear ticking its on a timer. if you take to long to pull all of them out the the wate will not drain. The only way to do it is not to come up for air

just keep going down and through the openings
