how do you get by the sleeping nightwalker on the level where your taking the scientist to safety through the sewer?

In stage 15 I'm supposed to look for a data disc but I've looked everywhere and haven't found a thing except for a nightwalker and 2 medals and a UV knife..
Can someone please tell me where I could find the disc/how to get there??

In a level, you have to deactivate a bunch of bombs. I can't seem to get to them all. I've gotten most of them, but can u just describe how to get to them all?
