Ok i got passed the girl who killed the man.where i'm stuck at is when you go to try to blow their antenna down. I can see it but i don't know what esle to do?

Ok i'm trying to read some of everybody's problems and answers i'm stuck at the antenna
and gate.the fat one doesn't move.but the one in the gates walks back and fourth.how do i
open or get in the gate? I'm lost...
