you lower it by getting in to the building on th right you can jump over some parts of the
red spikey wall , then you have to climb up the vines on the side of the building on the
right then they'll be a path allowing you to cross over to the roof of the other building
, then you drop through th hole in the ceiling and then through the next hole they'll be
two or three guys and the mechanism to lower the bridge

Or you could do it a little more difficult way. On the side of the building that you first
come to, there's a hill. At the top of the hill are four short pillars. You can jump from
this area to the small ledge on the building and shimmy your way to a walkway connecting
the two sides of the building. Kill the guy, go down, kill everyone, then continue as the
guy above me said and climb the vines.

when u are in front of the place, u see a red fence with an opening. go there. u see about
2 to 3 legion people kill them. then, on the wall next to the fire, there is a vine. climb
it. it will take u 2 the top of the building. u will see two legion people with arrows.
kill them. then u see a board thing connecting the 2 buildings. go across it. u will see
an opening in the other building. go down it. u will come in the room with 2 legion guys
with shields. kill them. then, u see the thing that lowers the bridge. go next to it and
press the button it tells u to. U will lower the bridge and ur army will come across.
