how do I summon the dragon?

you need the dragon amulet once you have that you can go to ancient ruins and you can
summon one there at this moment im trying to find the amulet myself

i need help


i have the amulet and i know where to charge it at the darks water portal but when i go
there, they just kill me because there are too many bad guys... should i bring an army
with me or should i do something else... please help me!!!!
